Hello! I’m Rachel. I’m a Registered Dietitian with a range of primary focus areas.

My specialties include providing personalized nutrition support for individuals facing challenges related to pancreatic cancer, head and neck cancer, and solid organ transplant. Food as medicine is what drew me to the Dietetics and Human Nutrition program at McGill, and what inspired my 15-year career at the McGill University Health Center where I have had the privilege of assisting countless patients on their path to wellness.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I have a profound love for food and the togetherness it fosters. Sharing a thoughtful meal, especially at a great table setting is what I cherish most. This personal connection to food fuels my passion for helping others create a path to better health through the art and science of nutrition.

Through years of continuing education, this experience has given me a solid foundation to provide you with evidence-based support. I am now using my expertise to guide you as you make healthy eating a simple part of their personal lifestyle.
